When will the product be shipped?

For orders after 1pm, we will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email the next day (business day). Your product will be confirmed to ship within 48 hours, as long as stock is displayed on each product page.

When will my order arrive?

How do I find out where the package is?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email or SMS and provide you with a tracking number for the package. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package in real time on the Courier company's website.

How to deal with out of stock?

We do our best to keep the inventory information on the website current and accurate. However, due to peak periods or unexpected circumstances, a shortage of stock may occur. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with a refund or estimated delivery time.
